Connect android wear device to new phone.

So I just got a moto x which is replacing an HTC One M7 and I've unpaired my moto 360 to my HTC One. Now I am trying to pair the moto 360 to my moto x but for some reason my moto x cannot find the moto 360. Any help would be great.
