Boost Mobile will begin to sell the Samsung Galaxy Prevail LTE smartphone Jan. 19 for $129.99 without a contract. The phone is the successor to the earlier Samsung Galaxy Prevail, which is one of the most successful phones for the no-contract wireless carrier.
