No matter what I try, I can't seem to get "Send a message to so-and-so" to actually do anything. It'll ask me to select the number, respond when I tell it mobile, and act like it's sending a text, but nothing is ever sent to them. Even if I do this through Google Now on my phone, it doesn't actually send after it says it's sent.

This seems to happen no matter what app I have set as the SMS default. Everything acts like it's going to send, and never goes anywhere. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? I know I can't start a new Hangouts message, but I think I SHOULD be able to just send a normal SMS from the watch or even from Google Now, at the very least.
