[Request] Can someone make this special watchface?

Is it possible to make a watchface that works like VibeTime from Cydia on a jailbroken iOS device? (Search "VibeTime Cydia" on YouTube to understand how it works on iOS) It would be handy to wake up your watch and know the time without looking at it through series of vibrations.
