Play Services, Battery Reporting (rant)

I've come to conclusion that on days of Play Services updates, my Watch Battery takes a BEATING. I sign up for Push Bullet notifications, and it's great... I can get apps on my device a little early.

I havent tweaked my watch much, not rooted, mostly default with 15 apps. I'm usually on top of my app updates. But on days where Google Play Services show up in Push Bullet, I swear at least until my phone updates it's play services, my watch will drop battery like crazy. I'm probably crazy, and havent really tracked my issue extensively to show you details, but I'm really starting to see a correlation here.

I should say that I also see similar battery carnage on my phone. I'm at work for 8 hours, and I have a window, with 4 LTE bars. Maybe I get on wifi, again, AP is outside my office... signal strength isnt an issue, and my devices are mostly updated (apps and o/s).

I just feel like Play Services if fucking up my battery on my watch (and my phone) and I'm tired of it....
