I have finally received the new update (Sort of). When I go into settings and click system update, it starts downloading then says "something went wrong try again?" I then click try again and same thing happens again. I tried restarting my phone and watch but still nothing. I am using a LG G Watch and HTC One M7 with 4.4.2.
