THANK YOU FOR THE PSA!!! MOTO Customer Service had no solution for me except to send me a new one!
8:40 AMI have been wondering WHY the battery kept losing power while charging!
I charges it last night after I got it and then this morning it was down to 2%.
I am going to try your suggestion now.
Note, my watch is also coming on every 5-10 minutes on its own. I'm keeping an eye on it and powering it down every time this happens.
