Is there a way to get a vibration for every new card on your watch?

Heres the issue Im having, for things like instagram or snapchat, I don't get any vibration alerts on my Moto360. The cards show up though. Other cards like Gmail or SMS all vibrate.


Also, if I get a whatsapp message and swipe it away on my watch but dont check it on my phone, any subsequent notifs from WhatsApp dont vibrate on the watch.


Then for things like weather update cards or Stock Market cards I dont get any vibrates either.


So is there any way I can get vibrations for EVERY card that appears on my watch? Any custom thing I can do if there isnt?
