Wanted to update to 5.0.1, instead of rooting, or worse, waiting. I just reset, and it downloaded the update immediately. Previously on 4.4.x, the recovery had a broken adb for sideloading. After the update, booted into recovery, and ADB is now show in "sideload" mode when checking devices. Granted, this helps nobody now, but the next update will be much easier to load.
