Can "OK Google" calls and texts work with Mr, Ms [last name] instead of saying full name?

Some of my friends have first names that would be difficult for Google to recognise. Can I just say into my watch "OK Google, call Mrs Smith" and have it recognize that I want to call Mary Smith?
