Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question but I searched a little bit but all I could find were instances of people swiping away to dismiss. What I'm talking about is when I pull down on my moto 360 to hide a notification temporarily sometimes it pops up with a circle timer saying "Dismissing..". What does this mean?
