I'm a 40 year old father (of five) with ADHD. I need a device that will distract me from whatever it is that is distracting me. Do any of the Android Wear devices have a strong vibration? My phone, on its own, hasn't been enough.

At work I listen to music or am lost in a video game at home. Sometimes I've got the laundry, the dishwasher, and everything else going on that sound notifications get lost easily. Help?
