Tried all three -- happy with the LG G Watch. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey Guys -- I'm what I call an early adopter and technology "parlayer." I like to buy new tech as it comes out, take it out for a test drive, and then sell it on eBay or Craigs List if I'm not 100% in love with it. Here is my story.

I ordered the Samsung Gear Live the day it came out. With it I learned how to use Android Wear. Still basically a luxury, Android Wear allowed me to see notifications and get reminders. It was cool but not critical. Battery life was decent (got through the day with maybe 15% left) and the screen was sharp. When the Moto 360 was coming out I sold the Gear Live on eBay ($40 loss) and bought the Moto 360 at Best Buy on Day One. I got lucky.

The Moto 360 is pretty good looking but is still a geek watch. I am a geek. Functionality is identical to the Gear Live. However, the battery was not cutting it. After about a week I had not made it through the day once without recharging. That's unacceptable. So I sold the 360 on Craigs List and made $30 for my trouble.

Now I've had the LG G Watch for two days. Got it on Craig's List for $110. Once again, the functionality is essentially identical. I don't need a heart rate monitor and didn't use it on the other two watches. The screen on the LG Watch is perhaps the "worst" of the three but is easily acceptable. The battery lasts way more than all day. I'm very happy with it.

They're all first generation devices. Maybe next year sometime I'll upgrade again. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the three, as I've compared them vs. one another.

Cheers!

TL-DR; I've used all three Android Wear watches and settled on the LG G Watch.

EDIT - added TL-DR.
