I have a Moto 360 and it was working fine. My phone died so I now need to reset it to pair with a new phone (stupid design choice).

When I go to Settings/Reset Device and hit the tick for "Are you sure?", it immediately says "Power Off - Shutting Down" and turns off. It doesn't reboot. It hasn't cleared anything when I start it again.

I've tried draining the battery and charging to 100%. I've tried pairing via the Bluetooth menu. I've tried hitting restart device almost 30 times now. No change.

Nothing works.

Hoping there is a button sequence to trigger a factory reset, otherwise I don't know what to do.

Help?
