I just found this, and thought it might be useful if you didn't already know it.

Personally, I have four or five 'favourite' watch faces, and tbh I wouldn't ever choose to display any of the other ones that come with the OS. So I looked for a way to 'hide' them. Surprisingly, there is one: If you go into the 'android wear' app, and click on 'MORE' you can view all your available watch faces. You can then 'Hide on watch' by clicking on the three dots next to each one. (See example: http://ift.tt/1G7148W)

Then, when you scroll through your faces on your watch, only your favourite ones are shown.

Maybe some of you already found this, but I thought I'd share it in case it helps someone.
